On Site Ticket Reception

Tickets may be issued on the day of visiting at the Ticket Box on the museum’s main lobby.
Entry is possible only 30 minutes before the end of the exhibition.
When receiving a ticket using an advance ticket confirmation or ID, in case of a discount which proof is required, please submit evidential documents as well. (Without proof, the remaining amount must be paid)
For pre-booked products, you must complete the ticketing 10 minutes before the time of reservation for smooth viewing at the normal time.

Notices

Cancellation or change of the reservation ticket can be made before 17:00 the day before the reservation date. After the cancellation deadline (including the day of), ticket cancellations or changes are not possible.
If the ticket has been lost or damaged due to the customer, the ticket will not be reissued, and cancellations or changes impossible as well. Refunds and changes are only possible through the method used for ticket payment. For instructions on any refunds or changes for tickets purchased from a 3rd party, please refer to that place or website for further details.
Invitation tickets, or invitation coupons may not be refunded or changed.

For Credit Card
Payments

In case of a cancellation fee, the cancellation fee (+final ticket price in case of a partial cancellation) will be approved, then the previous payment amount (initial amount) will be cancelled. Generally, it takes approximately 4-5 days after the cancellation has been approved for the card companies to cancel the charge. (Similar with debit cards.) However, in the case of debit cards, refunds by the card company or bank must be made which may require approximately 3 additional days.
Depending on the time of cancellation and credit card refund standards, the refund amount and time for cancellation may differ. When cancelling, the initial amount will be cancelled and depending on time of cancellation, the cancellation fee and delivery fee may be reapproved.

For Cash
Transfers

After entering a bank account to receive the refunds, the amount will be refunded to that bank account.
After the refund request has been received, the amount will be refunded by no later than 5 – 7 business days.
Refunds may only be received by a bank account owned by the purchaser.
